Reeves, Jr., in January, 1998.  The map is 17" x 22" and full-color.  The map can be obtained for just $15.00 plus shipping from Mr. Reeves' catalogue.  Select Cemetery Maps from the navigation pane and scroll through to number 49.  After you order, use your browser's back button to return here and print off the index!
