Subscribe

To subscribe, send an e-mail message (choose one of the following):

In the body of your message, put the word subscribe, with no other information.  If you use a signature file that automatically attaches to your outgoing e-mail, be sure to disable it on the subscription message.

Only subscribers can post messages to the list.  Once you have subscribed, follow these instructions for sending e-mail to the Clarion County List < This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it >:

  • Make sure the message relates to Clarion County genealogy.
  • Do not attach files to messages posted to the list.
  • Remember that messages to the list should be queries or general-interest information.
  • Do not post "flame" messages to the list (a "flame" is a message that contains ugly words aimed at a person or group).
