In the body of your message, put the word subscribe,
with no other information. If you use a signature file that automatically
attaches to your outgoing e-mail, be sure to disable it on the subscription
message.
Only subscribers can post messages to the list. Once
you have subscribed, follow these instructions for sending e-mail to the
