"In March, 1998, I
was talking to Blanche Campbell Troutman. I asked
her if she would make a list of the schools she taught in. She said,
'Why don't you go to the Easton School House and look in the teacher's
desk?' The Easton School House is now used as an election house
for Licking Township.
"Names and dates were
written in pencil on the bottom of both drawers. Some of the names
were very hard to read. Dolores and Bud Whitmer
helped me try to read them. We were not sure of the names that are
in italics in this list. Below are the results."
